At Durst Organic Growers we value each and every individual who works here. We work on a team basis for many farm tasks with supervisors for each team: harvesting, packing, hoeing, transplanting, irrigation, maintenance and repair, bookkeeping, shipping and receiving, tractor drivers, management, sales and marketing, drivers, and pest management. A person harvesting is just as much a professional as one who works in bookkeeping.
